Business Administration Beliefs and Values
·         We believe that a well-run district office is not an end in and of itself, but is necessary in order to support the educational programming and delivery of the district as it strives to provide a world-class education to the students of the City of West Bend and surrounding communities.
·         We believe that problems and difficulties that we may face in the implementation of a best practice are opportunities for learning and are challenges to be addressed rather than roadblocks to moving forward.
·         In the conduct of our business and in the discharge of our responsibilities we will seek to uphold the Standards of Behavior as outlined by the Association of School Business Officials International which states in part that we will
o   Conduct business honestly, openly and with integrity;
o   Avoid conflicts of interest;
o   Avoid preferential treatment of one outside interest group, company, or individual over another;
o   Uphold the dignity and decorum of the district in every way;
o   Avoid using our positions for personal gain;
o   Never accept or offer illegal payment for services rendered;
